Updated theme for the upcoming 32.1 release.

Changes:

• Fixed scaling window dropdown

• Fixed options button on Mixer Audio.

• Fixed scrollbar styling in various areas.

• Fixed hover colors for various buttons.

• Fixed hover colors and borders for various dropdown & input fields.

• Fixed cogwheel in Advanced Scene Switcher amongst other things.

• Updated styling for various buttons.

• Temporary changed Advanced Scene Switcher background to a brighter grey, since the draggable area appears not stylable.

Known issues:

• 'Ok' and 'Cancel' buttons in dialog windows miss padding in some Advance Scene Switcher dialogs, this is fixed in a future version of Advanced Scene Switcher.
• Cogwheel is stuck on black color in Advanced Scene Switcher. Unsure of origin, but it doesn't seem to be editable from themes at the moment.
