Compile: Create a binary build directory, i.e. > mkdir build > cd build Use CMAKE with version >= 2.8 to create the make files > cmake <path-to-source> [-DCMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX=<Destination-path>] Build the tool > make install To run the tests supplied with the distribution > adaptive_threshold --i jicf_Q_400x350x200.raw --dim 400 350 200 --o jicf_Q_400x350x200_rel.raw --metric Relevance --threshold 10 and process the resulting file with any available analysis package
