@snusnu snusnu #1 Fix `lingohub project:list`
The hash structure returned from the server has
changed. There is no more toplevel "projects" key
under which everything is nested. Also, the "link"
key below "members" has changed to "links".

@snusnu snusnu #1 Fix `lingohub project:rename Name NewName`
Previously, the client was downcasing the passed
in args, therefore it didn't find the relevant
projects as the service itself stores them with
their "true" names, it only downcases those names
for display in urls and the likes (i assume).

@snusnu snusnu #1 Fix `lingohub project:create Name`
Previously, the client was downcasing the passed
in name arg, therefore it didn't find the created
project later on, as the service itself stores it
with its "true" name. It only downcases names
for display in urls and the likes (i assume).

@snusnu snusnu #1 Fix incorrect project title during confirmation
The previously used #project_title method at this
point always returns "lingohub_ruby". This is
obviously not correct, and will have to be fixed
as well. This commit just makes sure that we don't
confuse the other with having to enter a wrong
project name. Also it seems to me that it's totally
fine to actually just use project.title in there
anyway.

@snusnu snusnu #1 Add *.gem to .gitignore
This should probably be inside the global gitignore
configuration but let's make sure that no one sees
it cropping up in his/her git index again.

@snusnu snusnu #1 Fix `lingohub translation:down --all ARGS`
Previously, "members" was nested below "resources"
and "links" used to be "link" and no array.
