PhantomJS check needs to be done to see if phantom is on path. Part of npm install? #179

No check was done as part of npm install -g venus to see if I had phantomjs installed.

This should be done at install time, plus a check should be done when running with the --phantom option.

Currently Venus will just hang if run with --phantom and phantomjs is not installed. We should show a friendly error message in this case.

PhantomJS now is automatically installed as part of venus
