Got the following when running make all on a clone repo:

This is a known issue with LinuxKit's use of notary for code signing and certificate rotation, it's not specific to the kubernetes sub-project.

I couldn't find an existing issue so I've raised linuxkit/linuxkit#2911 to track the underlying problem, I'll close this one now, thanks for your report.
