My taskbar is configured to be at the top.

When I move my mouse over the taskbar entry to click on an already opened program and switch to it, if my mouse is on the topmost pixel, it is ineffective.

The same is true for virtual desktops.

The topmost pixel is the most important one to be able to take advantage of Fitts's Law (infinite W).

Therefore, all clickable elements on the taskbar should be available from their topmost pixels.
