Actually :
#1 Add to panel
#2 Add to desktop
#3 Add/Remove from favorites

Needed :
#4 Open a new window (left-clic)
#5 Open a new window in a new workspace (middle-clic)
#6 etc. Switched to opened window (if any)
#7 Close all opened windows

(#6 etc. entries will take the name of the opened window)

And it could be funny to let user choose the settings for each kind of clic (right/middle/left and CTRL+right/middle/left and etc.)

#8 Recents documents with Zeitgeist (take a look at Jump list extension here : https://extensions.gnome.org/extension/33/jump-lists/ )

IMHO, I think a right-clic-popup-menu is better than a submenu like actually

#9 Entries from "Unity-Quicklist" if app offers them (Clementine, etc.)

I'll close this issue. I appreciate the idea but I think that's overkill. I'm sure it will come as an extension at some stage, but I don't see it as part of the default desktop.
