This PR updates the user-facing text in the Update Manager from "Reboot" to "Restart" to match the terminology used by the Cinnamon desktop environment and the Linux Mint distribution.
Fixes #748 - Reboot vs Restart consistency opened by @nc011.
Internal variable names like reboot_required were intentionally left unchanged to avoid breaking functionality.
Translation files (
.po) will need to be updated to work properly with this commit.
