Nemo 5.4.3 - missing help files #3077

 * Nemo version (nemo --version) 5.4.3
 * Is issue with desktop or windowed nemo? desktop
 * Distribution - (Mint 17.2, Arch, Fedora 25, etc...) Mint 21
 * Graphics hardware *and* driver used
 * 32 or 64 bit - 64 bit

Issue click on "Help" - "All Topics" - and it takes me to "Documentation not Found"

Steps to reproduce - open Nemo, click on Help, All Topics.

Expected behaviour - I expect specific help for Nemo

Help/documentation is (sadly) missing for Nemo, probably due to its origins in the Gnome files file manager, which also has little documentation.
