This fix the problem of not being able to run dpkg-builpackage twice
As native package, remove patches fnd watch file from debian package. Additionnally, quilt staging folder (.pc/) is removed as it should have never been versioned in the repository.
libnemo-extension1a was a left over of a workaround introduced by the Debian packaging for Nautilus. This workaround is completely useless for packaging of nemo and actually is harmful since it makes the packaging less standard and rise several of warning/error from ther QA checks. Kept libnemo-extension1a as transitional package.

This set of commits fix the packaging such as it is now possible to run twice in a row dpkg-builpackage. It also cleans up and sanetize the packaging.
Now debhelper sequencer (dh) is used instead of cdbs: this make package building faster and cleaner (dh sequencer is way more documented than cdbs).
