No titlebar and close button on wayland

Bug description

While using cinnamon x11 session, it have titlebar and all 3 buttons on it. But when using the wayland session of cinnamon titlebar are gone from some application. While some application have titlebar but no close buttons.
While I tested live usb of zara 22.2 cinnamon it works same good for x11 and wayland session. So this is not a wayland issue, something in my system, I upgraded it. Any clue or file may be in .config directory. long time ago I replaced .config/gtk-4.0/gtk.css with some theme. Is it effect of that or something else. I have updated all my packages.
mintinstall search is not working as no titlebar.

Couple things to check:

• Create a new user, log in and test things out - this will narrow things definitively down to your home folder, which you already suspect.
• Provide examples of what apps are working, which aren't - I see the terminal there in the screenshot - is this the default gnome-terminal app that comes with Mint?
• Check your Cinnamon extensions and applets, for anything suspicious.
• You should at least try temporarily removing your customizations from the gtk-4.0. This could be impacting you in other areas appearance-wise (In Mint 22.2 libadwaita apps have true third-party theme support. This is based on gtk-4).
