The Wacom Cintiq Pro 16 Pad is working for a view seconds on Xorg until it the pen and touch disappears, while the screen is still working and it remains as USB device.
It seams that Xorg is removing the device because the pen resolution is unknown:

It is still visible as USB device:

Your Xorg.0.log shows that libinput is being used rather than the xserver-xorg-input-wacom driver for some reason. Although libinput "should" work with the Cintiq, it isn't a tested configuration and there's the possibility of weird issues like the "missing tablet capabilities" error you're seeing.
Could you run our sysinfo.sh script and attach its output here? It will have more logs and system information that could shed light onto why the wrong driver is being chosen.
