New library maintainers wanted

I took over main maintenance of Groupie from Lisa last year and for a while I managed to stay on top of it, having done 9 releases since 2.3.0.

Unfortunately, I no longer have the time to spend on Groupie and I don't want it to suffer as a result. This is a library used by a lot of developers and there are always questions and PRs to address.

I have spoken with @lisawray and she's agreed to share release details with a new maintainer. I can also help provide support for initial releases while the new maintainer gets comfortable.

If you want to pick up maintenance of Groupie please leave a comment. If you've previously submitted PRs to Groupie please link them here - a track record and knowledge of the library will be a big plus.
