Building

The program needs:

If they are installed in system directories, they should be picked up automatically. Otherwise use UWEBSOCKETS_ROOTDIR and NLOHMANNJSON_ROOT_DIR. On MacOS, you may need to set OPENSSL_ROOT_DIR as well.
