For devices(more strict than screen width) with screen width < 640px:

* change the CSS so that things are scroll friendly.
* Add an enter button so that Android users can save.

In the CSS, I used CSS media queries to change the layout. max-device-width is used instead of max-width because I could not figure out a way on narrow desktop screens to prevent a large blank area from appearing at the bottom of the screen.
