The ALLOCATOR_OF functionality was never merged into the mail C++ standard, so should lose the C++17 tag.

The ALLOCATOR_OF specification was also removed from the Library Fundamentals V3 TS at the October 2022 meeting by paper https://wg21.link/P0987R2. We might close this issue as will-not-fix?

The root cause of c++17 label seems to be that we list LWG issues of LFTS together those of the standard, which is somehow misleading.
