Be able to open novel entries by their links in but not limited to Ranobes

This novel, https://ranobes.top/786267-regressor-instruction-manual-v812312.html, can only be accessed with an account. But it can't be found by search even when logged in. So, maybe if we could give the plugin the url and then use the webview log in or whatever or something and blablabla

I already made a feature like that. It is currently in a pr. However it needs the plugin to support it. Currently it only works if the relative path is passed and not the full url.
