Downgrade Avro version #2837

This PR downgrades Avro version down to 1.7.7 to correspond Hadoop version.


  • Check on AWS EMR cluster
  • Read the old catalog
  • CQ 18476

Did a test ingest basing on the data from #2819

Catalog path: s3://geotrellis-test/issue-2819/catalog
Layer name: china5

Test used to read the old catalog:
