Error when saving a content type wit a just created select option

Assume we have a content type with a select field type.

When you create or edit a content entry and, at the same time, you create a new select option and after you select this option, you can't save your content entry.

Error message is:

BSON::InvalidObjectId (illegal ObjectId format: undefined):
  bson (1.5.2) lib/bson/types/object_id.rb:126:in `from_string'
  ...
