Hey,
This is a bit more of a graphite question than a collectd-to-graphite issue, but it would be helpful if you could add any tips for displaying the graphs to the readme.
For example, the CPU datapoints keep increasing out-of-the-box, and it'd be great to get these normalized to % or some other meaningful y axis.
Compared to munin where these stats are well-formatted from the start, graphite seems powerful, but I'm having trouble getting meaningful server statistics.
