-Fixed switching to the insecure mode when yum or apt-get is available but rsyslog-gnutls package could not be downloaded for any reason.
-Fixed issue with --force-secure + --suppress option. Earlier, the script was switching to insecure mode even if both of these flags were used. So, the force secure mode became unusable in that case.
