Try the delete again. Probably not necessary, but can't hurt.
It looks like two threads are trying to delete the same directory at
about the same time.

Fix FileNotFoundException during cleanup -- issue #356
Code already checks for existence of file, but sometimes we get
FileNotFoundException anyway. Honestly not sure why, but this fixes it.
