In this PR, I have-

  • Updated the winston-loggly-bulk's version to 3.0.0-rc1.
  • Updated winston's`` version to latest 3.0.0`.
  • Updated the NodeJS version to minimum 5 or greater because winston has removed the support of NodeJS@4 or below.
