    Sprites will now not try to draw when outside the bounds of the game
    window, this has a huge effect on performance. Improved the gradient
    function which was confusing before since I ported it over form another
    project I was using.

  1. Removed call to update to start loop

    User must call update manually in order to start the game loop, this
    fixes issues where the game would start before all constructor code was
    initialized.

    Syncing with gh-pages, adding proper demos to show engines capabilities.

    Updated the way most things within Jest work, backwards compatibility
    could not be kept. Namespaces cleaned up most things are derived from
    the Jest object now. Cleaned up the file indentations and weird spacing
    issues. Removed box2d and resource.js since they weren't being used.
    Included seedRandom.js.

    Added the ability to get particle groups by name, delete particle
    groups, and stopped the emitter from killing itself once it had no more
    particle groups.

    Random range was being calculated incorrectly :?, drawAngle was never been based from the emitter to the particle, so setting a drawAngle range made no difference.
