Well, 20 years after initial writing of this README, I've come across this clone of the original BayesJunkTool.MozDev.org repository on GitHub, so I thought it best to at least update the email address and issue submission link to be functional, although I do not know the actual state of repair of this tool at this time relative to currently available Mozilla mail clients
