Add missing file name to 'Input file is missing' error message #3178

This PR updates the error message 'Input file is missing' to include the file that is missing.

I tested it locally within the module and it seemed to work as expected. However, when I tried to test it in a separate local project I was seeing some weird behavior. I feel like it may have been related to how I was building sharp locally or perhaps I was using npm pack incorrectly.
