- Worked on the XDEFI → Ctrl migration along with my amazing team, moving every existing user's accounts and wallet state to the rebranded product with zero data loss
- Tracked down a critical race condition that made wallet balances flash to zero — fixed it with a recency-based promise resolution strategy
- Designed the core Redux architecture powering accounts, balances, and NFTs across 40+ blockchains for a wallet extension that peaked at 700K users
- Was in charge of adding connectors for the Ctrl Wallet in libraries like ReOwn, WalletStandard and WalletConnect, to name a few

- Took web app performance from 50 → 90 (Lighthouse), and shrank a Docker image from 1.5GB → 40MB via multi-stage builds
- Led a small team to deliver a scalable front-end for a global event in two weeks
