Fix string escaping for PostgreSQL 9.
The PostgreSQL version should probably be detected and strings escaped
This made it work for me, but really this needs to be reviewed as it probably still isn't correct.
Also I've noticed that PostgreSQL timestamp -> string -> Haskell UTCTime
and back doesn't round-trip.
Added back pooling, for now (closes #3).
Add processed query support.
Miscellaneous Time Improvements
Sadly, it's not a fix either. However, AFAICT, there really isn't
any reason why a column in Postgres should not be declared as a
timestamp without time zone. The behavior of such a column makes
absolutely no sense to me.
Support password-based authentication.
Add postgres response to AuthenticationFailed, refs #4.
Use extensible exceptions.
Cleaned out some nonready functions and explicit export list.
Fix string escaping.
Include internal modules.
Transactions, execute statement, escaping.
Fixed things that should work, commented out things that don't.
