Change tmux `C-Space` behavior to try to switch to the *last-pane* first and *last-window* if only pane is open in that window. Similar way `Enter` try to switch to the *last-window* first and if only one window is open try to switch to the *last-pane*.
This should enable teams whos using this tmux distribution maintaining their own custom configuration.

I don't like the idea of not knowing whether I'm switching panes or windows. Also I'm very sorry for the long delay. I just realized notifications were off on this repo :( |
