I made some changes to hookup the repository to Travis-CI to automatically build and run the tests. It works wonderfully and you can see results here: https://travis-ci.org/mrcaron/cpan-selenium-rc-perl. There's still something with the local file server test because I see in the results that there's an access denied issue on Travis. Anyway, it's hooked up and I corrected the dist.ini, removing the Repository node so that dist build actually worked.

Welcome :) It occurred to me that you'll have to register with Travis-CI through your github account and then the repo will build on https://travis-ci.org/lukec/cpan-selenium-rc-perl. Travis-CI is already hooked up via the presence of the .travis.yml file, but because you're not connected, it won't build anything yet. Then you can change the link on the read me to point to your build instead of mine.
