Ignore dzil-generated .build directory #54

This stops the automatically generated .build directory (created via dzil)
from appearing in git status.

In standard Git configuration .* is ignored by Git. Do you use a special Git config that overrides that?

No special git config that overrides that. I ignore only vim's *~ backup files in my global configuration. Strange that .build turned up in my git status output then...
