    change mysql table definitions to BLOB, MEDIUMBLOB

    * the mentioned maximum row length of 64kb in MyISAM does not include
      BLOBish fields.
        The maximum size of a row in a MyISAM table is 65,535 bytes. This
        figure excludes BLOB or TEXT columns, which contribute only 9 to 12
        bytes toward this size.
    * change from TEXT to BLOB since we store binary data. we do not want
      MySQL to try to convert charsets if the connection charset differs
      from the table charset. This is most obvious for the compressed data
      but also applies to our ordinary serialization
    * change to MEDIUMBLOB for perfdata since it lessens the chance of
      truncation bugs and only adds 1 byte per row to the fixed storage
    * remove mention of MySQL/MyISAM specific requirements from other DB

    - Adding initial support for the VISIBILItATOR! With it you should get

       data in your runs like this: to use
    it you take the thing that would be hidden, base64 encode it, and then
    call the visibilitator
    If you were previously writing:
    $data =  $this->db->fetchAll($query);
    you would now write
    $q64 = base64_encode($query);
    visibilitator::$q64(array($this->db, "fetchAll"), $query);
    Things are called all the same, but you get visibility into the function
    call whereas it would have been grouped together before in something
    like mysql_query()
    This is really early support, I'm pretty sure i'm still missing a
    return, but it works for the first test case I've played with

     - parameters (dot_binary, dot_tempdir, dot_errfile) to config (config.sample.php) to make the sources compatible with windows-systems
     - a os-detection and a switch to config.sample.php to differ between linux and windows (dot-binary ...)
     - a new method (xhprof_generate_image_by_dot_on_win) to callgraph_utils.php as bugfix for some windows-systems which having problems calling executables via proc_open() - we had no problems calling dot.exe under PHP 5.3.3 (ts VC6) on WinXP x64 (64-bit) while having problems (unknown bug in PHP?) on PHP 5.3.3 on WinXP (32-bit). we also changed the structure of xhprof_generate_image_by_dot() slightly
