[feature] Monadic lambdas in generic context #8

Now there is no way to cram IO in certain lambdas, which are in Generic Context. Unlike ruby or python, haskell is pure language.

This is necessary, for example, to read file or render template which is in lambda.

I tried to add this feature, but typechecker blew my brain. Use manually created MuContext for monads.
