…S changes RTEMS now enforces permissions and RTEMS-YFFS got them wrong before, making all M1 /ssd file systems created before this change de facto inaccessible for Flickernoise. With this commit, we change the permission to the YAFFS default (0777) when mounting /ssd, transparently migrating all older installations.

Before, we ended the line each time usb_debug_flush returned, causing "usb debug wait" to potentially produce very choppy output.
Not having this seemingly redundant information caused quite the ghost hunt when we loaded only the first 4 kB, chopping off some code at the end.
usb debug works as before. usb debug <seconds> no longer exists. usb debug wait now waits for a keystroke.
…ebug buffer navre load <filename> Loads the specified file. The path is relative to /, so if the file was uploaded with FTP as foo.bin, the path would be /ssd/foo.bin navre debug [seconds] Prints the navre's debug buffer. If a time interval is specified, "navre debug" will wait for the specified number of seconds and print any new messages that may arrive.
This is the first time the regression tests check a patch using stimuli for memory leaks. Turns out that ptest had one.
That way, ptest will be able to better support stimuli.
