cTivo does not transfer entire movie

I have had a few instances where my Tivo records an entire movie and shows the correct length of recording, but cTivo will only transfer a portion of the movie. When I play it on the the Tivo, the entire movie is there. I never had this issue with iTivo. cTivo is a great program, when it works. has anyone else experienced this, and if so, is there an easy work-around?

If you look at the section of the movie at the moment where cTivo's copy ends, you may see some glitches in the digital stream on your TV. These glitches interfere with the transfer process at the TiVo end, but cTiVo isn't told there's a problem. With 4.3.1, we're now warning you if the length of the retrieved video is significantly different than the original.
