laszip: Resolve case-insensitive filename clash

gis/laszip/Portfile was added to the repository in e3710d6, although
we already had gis/LASzip/Portfile. This breaks working trees on
filesystems with case-insensitive filenames.

Assuming the new Portfile was meant to replace the existing,
this deletes the older Portfile.
