TxO and RxI are incorrectly labelled on the silkscreen. 

Currently:
JP3
1 DTR
2 RXI
3 TXO
4 3.3V
5 CTS
6 GND

Should read:
1 DTR
2 TXO
3 RXI
4 3.3V
5 CTS
6 GND
