p5-central-hub-setup is responisble for downloading and installing p5-central-hub to the system as well as downloading and updating packages, installing configuration files and enabling services so p5-central-hub has a sane and known environment to execute. It also installs the update-central-hub.sh script that is responsible for updating p5-central-hub on the system.
