Apache2-HttpEquiv is a Perl module that provides a PerlFixupHandler for mod_perl
2 that turns <meta http-equiv="Header-Name" content="Header Value">
into an actual HTTP header. It also looks for <meta charset="...">
and uses it to set the Content-Type.
