patch for korean, from YongSung Yoon
fix html constructor bug and translation of HEAD~ in section #checkout in index-zh-cn.html
Some minor language style mistakes were fixed in Russian translation.
Changes: - merge changes from Spanish translation - remove other copyright notices - add Italian copyright notice to English page - link to Italian CC page - small indent and punctuation fixes
- use "es" rather than "sp" as language code - fix html lang tag - fix selected link - link to Spanish version of CC - remove copyright notices for other languages - add links to Spanish from other languages
This caused the Chinese page to fail to appear on the site!
- Add a blank line after the <hr> tag. - Remove from the translated pages copyright notices for other translations. - Move the license note to its own paragraph, prefixed with a small Creative Commons icon. - Translate the license note to the translation's native language, using Creative Commons' wording. I did not translate the copyright notices since I do not trust that Google's translation will be perfect. There does not exist a Simplified Chinese Creative Commons translation, so I linked to the main page (which defaults to English, I think). For the link text, I used the zh_HK (Traditional Chinese / Hong Kong) and translated it to Simplified Chinese using Google translate.
This just changes the whitespace so the HTML is easier to read.
[Changes made by Mark: Squashed all the changes from ellrywch's branch in to a single commit, fixed whitespace issues, and fixed the "other languages" header.]
