Gideon of the Trials emblem bug ?

Gideon Of The Trials emblem triggers an annoying game message that pops up every single time i have priority (when i should've lost already, obviously)

For clarification, another user reported more details:

A popup about the Gideon of the Trials emblem keeps appearing over and over again if you have it while your life is at 0.

Will not be reproducible by UTs, needs to be manually tested for resolution.

when you have a Gideon of the Trials emblem, a Gideon of the Trials and 0 life you get a game message popup saying something like "when you have a gideon of the trials emblem and a gideon you cannot lose the game" while helpful this message popped up at every change of priority. Furthermore you cannot take any actions, beyond yielding, unless you click away the pop-ups.
