Force of Will flashback issue

I can play Force of Will with flashback paying his alternative mana cost. The ruling say no to it, because we only can choose one alternative cost to a spell, and the flashback cost is already an alternative cost

I know we have similar issues up with other cards involving SHOULD only be able to use one alternative cost for the spell. I'll try to find them and link them.
