Rollback to beginnig of turn showing exploitable behavior when something is awaiting payment #4510

Whenever a spell is awaiting payment and a rollback to beginnig of the current turn is accepted, the following undesirable effects occur:

permanents played on this turn get copied to hand, while remaining on the battlefield;
cards drawn this turn are not returned to the library.
