Reminder text should not be used in determining color identity in Commander. Tried to play Crypt Ghast in a Lazav, Dimir Mastermind deck but got flagged for illegal color, in this case the BW hybrid mana symbol in the reminder text for Extort.

Example cards:
Crypt Ghast => can't be used now with a non white commander
