There are already two cards with snow mana costs implemented, but this kind of mana is not handled yet.
Cards already implemented:
[Mouth of Ronom](Mouth of Ronom)
Scrying Sheets

TODO:
Add new type of mana so that this kind of costs can (and can only) be paid by mana produced by Snow lands.
