Add lands dialog should have set selector

With the set selector combo box you can select the set the basic lands are coming from.

I wonder if this should be allowed in every case, for example also if you draft a regular set?

Implemented.
You can select from the all sets (clyles) from cards that are in your deck for limited events.
If the set(s) of the cards have no basic lands you can select a set from all sets.
You can still use a random land selection.

Also when using the deck editor for building a custom deck you can use now the "Add lands" button.
