Description (*)

Disabled Travis builds for magento2

• travis build is not required on magento2 repository due to low test coverage and capacity
• all required builds are implemented as GitHub checks

1. no issues, just improvement

Manual testing scenarios (*)

1. Travis build should not be triggering on PR creation/update
