On a snapshot emacs build of 24 on ubuntu. When i do m-x describe-function, remove-from-list (on line 88 of nxml-mode-expansions.el) doesn't exist

@magnars Use an existing elisp function to remove elements from a list.
 - I don't use nxml-mode, but some quick testing makes me think that nxml-mode
still needs some help to be very useful.

I replaced remove-from-list with remove. I'm not using nxml-mode myself, but some quick testing makes me think that the expansions for nxml-mode needs some love before it is very useful. But maybe that was because I tried it on some (possibly malformed) html-document? Please let me know how it works out for you.
