Add support for cracking bitcoin's "wallet" files

Raw:    11.9 c/s real, 12.0 c/s virtual

These fixed 128 byte arrays need to be fixed.

if ((p = strtok(NULL, "$")) == NULL)

where can you get all the .h files used in the include lines?

@GravePhoenix those files are either, already present in src/ folder or they are generated during the compilation process.

and please use https://github.com/magnumripper/JohnTheRipper/tree/bleeding-jumbo
