Handling but ignoring SIGINT and SIGTERM (the current behavior) is surprising to users, and one shouldn't have to do that much guessing to figure out how to terminate the thing. Go ahead and have it trigger shutdown, like in imapproc. Further justification is given in the updated manpage.
I also re-generated all of the manpages with newer pandoc, and fixed a copy/paste mistake in the maildirproc manpage.
